Game of Thrones Broke the Record

Game of Thrones has broken the record for most Emmy wins in one year as a shocked Peter Dinklage accepted his second award for Outstanding Supporting Actor. The hit HBO show won 12 Emmys including the outstanding supporting actor, writer and director and drama series at the 67th Emmy Awards at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday.

Confused of what you feel for your best friend? Here are 5 signs we came up with.

You get excited whenever he calls you.

When he calls you, your smile is ear to ear. You laugh at his jokes even if his jokes are corny. You can’t explain the happiness. If you can’t stop smiling, talking with him. Your calls with him will last 2-3 hours talking about yourselves. You will find topics that will last longer.

Your happiness with him is different from other close friends.

You are confused why the happiness that you feel whenever you are with him is really different from others. It’s okay because that’s the start of it. You’d rather go and hang out with him than others.

You always miss him.

Over thinking over a person is a sign that you are interested with him/her. You can’t stop thinking about him. Even before sleep he disturbs. If he doesn’t call you, you start missing him. Then you will find ways to talk with him.

He is in your dreams.

There are different kinds of dreams. Daydream is one, you’ll think about the “what ifs”. What if you’ll be together? What if you said that you like him more than a best friend? What if he doesn’t love you back?

You try to convince yourself that you like him as a friend ONLY.

You have been feeling differently towards that person so you can’t blame yourself that you conclude that you like him more than a friend. But there is a risk that’s why you keep on denying that you like the person. You keep on convincing yourself that it is way better being his friend than a lover. But the pain that you feel is indescribable knowing that you are afraid that he won’t like you back

Don’t feel sad that you and your best friend won’t be together because being friends is way better than being lovers. Lovers break your heart while friends will always be there for you whenever you need them. If you think that you’ll work as a lover then go for it, but know the consequences. So what do prefer, being his friend or a lover?

The Season's Rookie Of the Year

Karl Anthony Towns

One of the most promising carrier in the NBA. He is the 1st pick in this rookie class so their are many expectation for this guy but as i know Minnesota Timberwolves has the promising future all-star Andrew Wiggins. So we dont expect he would be the number one option in his team.

d'Angelo Russell

This kid has a good vision in the court. He can make easy transition offense and also can shoot 3pts angle. It will be easy for the Lakers especially if Kobe is in the offense. But the Lakers are still in the rebuilding process and they have promising rookies like Jordan Clarkson and Julius Randle. So it might be hard for Russell to take the ROY this year, but still it depends on his playing style.

Justise Winslow

The defensive anchor of Miami Heat, the lose of Lebron James will be an addition to his absence. Winslow plays as a defense and also he can definitely contribute to the score, but he is most suitable on the defense and the transition defense. Playing with Miami Heat and his intensity in the court, he would have a great chance of becoming ROY .

One of the premier point guards in the NBA rookies together with Russell. Emmanuel Mudiay comes from China basketball team.At first there are many speculations that he will be a bust. However, he pick the No.7 spot and draft Denver Nuggets. But before all of these, the Summer League came and Mudiay dominated the court by his vision and his athletic style of playing. Many fans believe on his talent.

5 THINGS YOU NEVER KNOW ABOUT GEORGE RR MARTIN

After the unexpected deaths(specially jon snow, who is one of the favourite character and admired mostly by Game of Throne fans), scenes and events in Game of Thrones, it created a lot of reactions, opinions and even disappointments of the viewers to the show. Well, all this things were caused by one person, the one who writes the story, the one who decides whom shall be saved and not. And that's George RR Martin. Here are some facts about this notorious killer:

5.He owns a cinema. The Game of Thrones author owns the Jean Cocteau Cinema in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

4. George RR Martin actively involved wolf charities. George RR Martin donates $10,000 to UK
wolf conservation trust a wolf charity in UK and he also holding an online auction for a wolf charity.

3. The first piece of writing. Martin ever got published was a letter he wrote to a magazine arguing that Stan Lee was a better writer than Shakespeare. He would also write letters to Stan Lee and Jack Kirby. Here’s one from when Martin was 15.

Youngsters these days make social media as a journal. Posting confidential stuff about them, like, where they are located, what restaurant they are in, who they are with, if they are alone at home and such things. They even take pictures before eating something and posting it after to their social media sites at once to gain more likes. Little did they know, they might be in a big trouble or worse, that post maybe the last.

PEDOPHILES

Children posts pictures wearing cute dress or short skirts, with make ups on. These may attract pedophiles who also are searching or stalking pretty young girls. And trying to get some low esteemed girls and convince them that they are talking with a guy without intentions but being friends. According to a report, in only four years since 2009, sexual assault cases, both social media sites, have increased to 341.7 percent. Half of those cases involved victims under the age of 16.

HACKERS

Beware of hackers. Youngsters should know how to make their profiles or accounts private. But don't be confident that social media sites can fully protect your information. Even me, I can't tell that my confidential information are safe. The things that they would be interested with may be your pictures, videos, identity, accounts and things that you think they might desire.

CYBER BULLYING

All of us has a bully. Kids are fond of making fun of others. Rude comments, sharing funny videos or pictures that might hurt someone's feelings are some of the activities that they are unconscious about. But some of the kids are doing it in purpose. Many kids committed suicide because of cyber bullying, this would be a be reason why we need to do something to stop this. But kids, only you could define yourself. So don't be too into the things your bully would tell you. Be strong and success is always the best revenge.

VALIDITY

You met your old friend and told you that he is on facebook. When you got home, you immediately added him on facebook. There were a lot named liked him, so you decided to add all of them to make sure you sent your friend request to the right guy. Nowadays, criminals use social medias to find their next target. Kids should be careful on people they add and accept requests from a stranger. If your friend has a common name you should ask his/her email address.

I tried posing someone pretty on facebook for social experiment only. I wasn't that shock that many added me. Since then, society has already this invisible ladder called who-is-the-prettiest-has-many-friend-requests-than-the-less-pretty. Yep, pretty guys and gals are more famous than the average looking people. Except of course with celebrities. Speaking of celebrities, they are the ones who has a lot of posers. Posers use their pictures and tries to live normal life, fooling people that they are the true celebrity. They don't just stop at posing celebrities they might even steal your photo and act like they are you.

"THINK BEFORE YOU CLICK" is the only prevention from these kind of people. The first thing that your parents taught you is you should never talk or share things to people you really don't know especially with strangers. Obey your parents because whatever will happen to you, you'll still run back at them. Also if you are bullied don't mind them because they are just jealous of what you've got and always remember that no one can tell who you really are, but only you.
